The SMP 50 submersible pump has a two inch discharge and is available with electric or hydraulic motors from ¾ to seven and a half horsepower. Depending on motor horsepower, the SMP 50 is capable of 100 GPM flows from 20 to 130 feet of head.

The SMP 50 can pump clear liquids, slurries, liquids with long stringy fibers, and solids up to one inch in diameter.  It is excellent for sewage and waste water pumping in large residential or smaller municipal and industrial facilities.

The pump is available with an auto coupler type of sump mounting to allow easy removal and replacement for maintenance.  The option for hydraulic power allows the use of the pump in sumps which have flammable liquids with the safety of a complete absence of electricity.

Electric motor driven units:

• Quite dependable 480 volt motors
• External cooling jacket can allow continuous dry running

Hydraulic motor driven units:

• Intrinsically safe
• Light weight

Available with auto coupling base kit for easy removal and reinstallation of pump for inspection or maintenance.
