SG4 and SG6 are accessories for our trash pumps models SP45 and SP65.  The SG4 also mounts on the ATEX rated SP46

Liquids like those that can be found in waste water treatment plants, anaerobic digesters, API separators, petrochemical plants and refineries, and environmental operations can be thick, loaded with solids or very viscous, and not easy to pump.  The accessory is installed on the pump outlet mouth to divert the flow from the pump back into the fluid.  This allows the liquid to be sent thru the pump several times to ensure solids are well suspended and the fluid is easier to pump.

After some minutes of this treatment, the solid particles are reduced in size and the liquid will be easier to pump.  With an onboard hydraulic control valve to control the opening/closing action of the gate, after the pump transforms the liquids, the pump can discharge the liquid and suspended solids through the outlet hose.

The SG4 or SG6 is a “retrofit accessory” that can be easily installed on existing pumps SP45, SP46 and SP65 pumps.
